The desktop app helps gamers install and patch their favorite games much easier. Also, it allows them to log in faster thanks to its single sign-on feature. This tool will repair common computer errors, protect you from file loss, malware, hardware failure and optimize your PC for maximum performance.Logged into today and I can't play any games because it says "Waiting on another installation or update." It's at 0% in "Updating Battle.net" menu so I don't know what game is updating. Thanks, after sitting at 0% for 45 minutes, I sent the email with my logs to tech support and less than 2 minutes later started updating. But i get the small popup that is sitting at 0% Completed. Ever since I installed the Battlenet app last Tuesday, I have not been able to get into the game. Thank you for the help, I was concerned because I've never seen it sit at 0% for that long, even after restarting it. I uninstalled Hearthstone to see if it would fix it, and have no other Blizzard games installed on this computer. It is stuck at 50% complete on the process and is trying to intitialize but never does. The Updater and Downloader have been integrated closely into the Launcher, resulting in less application switching when patching and installing.Moving forward, to help offset some of the original concerns we listed back in September, we will be connecting “Blizzard” to “Battle.net” in our logo for the service and in general when we refer to it in print: Blizzard We appreciate your feedback and look forward to many more years of bringing players together online. This means it won’t completely eliminate the update bugs. Many users wish they had other options at their disposal, such as manually installing the latest patches.
